Neurodivergent-Friendly Journaling by Ruth Czirr: People get frustrated with journaling for lots of reasons. It can feel repetitive or overwhelming – or it might feel like your worst English teacher is judging your work. Ruth has lots of active, simple, rewarding tricks and tools that will engage your brain instead of frustrating you. Meanwhile, ANYONE who already enjoys journaling can use these techniques to refresh and expand their practice. So neurotypical folks are welcome, too! Bring a pen you can write QUICKLY with, or choose from Ruth’s buffet of materials. For teens and up – All levels of experience.

The art and science of journaling: By Jeanne Florini of Jeanne’s Ohana Designs In this hands-on session, Jeanne explores both the art and the science of journaling. You’ll learn how handwriting, letter writing, and creative journaling can support mental and physical well being, discover unique journaling approaches you can use at home or at work, and spend time actually writing. Included with your fee: a curated journaling set (each one unique) with a fountain pen–friendly notebook, decorative paper, stickers, stencils, several pens, and journaling prompts. Find Your Style: Ink Swatching with Olive Octopus: Whether you've never swatched an ink before, already have cards or notebooks full of ink swatches, or anything in between - learn practical and creative strategies for ink swtching that can be a valuable resource, a creative expression, or both!

Stress-Busting with Your Journal by Ruth Czirr: We often feel trapped and stuck by the stresses in our lives. In this fast-paced workshop, you'll choose one stressor that's bothering you and let your pen lead you to a fresh approach..When this session ends, you’ll understand how “journaling” can be an active process that helps you move through problems instead of just recording what’s going on.
